I have arthritis and can not use a standard can opener, the new electric ones are plastic and don't work for me. I found an expensive one online and wrote to the maker to ask about a warranty and they didn't even bother to answer. I found this manuel can opener and thought it looked like it would last. It is now attached to my kitchen work bar and it is great--the hand crank is easy to use and doesn't hurt my arthritis. The quality is way better than what I expected. This arrived as promised and I love it.

Exactly what we needed in our church kitchen. We often open the large (gallon) cans of veggies etc. and this does the job. Also saved 40%+- over the cost at restaurant supply houses. Great buy!

Didn't bother to send it back but was thinking about it. Very hard to get the can to the cutting edge and when it cuts it is not a smooth cut it is jagged. I liked the size because it is not too big and fits on my counter. I would not recommend it.

I thought that this can opener would be good one but it's not it doesnt even open cans all it does is just spins around the can and I do know how to use it because the one I had before this one is very similar I am just unsatisfied because I love amazon.

This can opener is very lightweight so tips over easily and that makes it tricky to attach the can and get it open while supporting the opener. I should have bought one that attaches under a cabinet - so I don't have this balance problem.

I am going to get another because this one doesn't even cut the can. I'm just taking the loss because I threw out the packaging. I do not recommend this product.
