I am 46 and in my years have had experience with many appliances. I must say this one really stands out. Honestly and without reservation I know this thing to be not only the worst appliance I have ever used, but by far it has to be the worst appliance I have ever had even the slightest interaction with or possibly even seen. It never opened a can well under any circumstances. It ceased to open them at all within maybe a couple of weeks and perhaps 12 cans. I had to physically wrestle with it to have it work at all after perhaps 4 cans. It became easier to use a hammer and an old steak knife or screwdriver to open cans than this complete waste of material resources and money. I now use a .99 cent hand opener and really appreciate it's ease of use and precision compared to this electric monstrosity. It provides almost a Zen like experience. I will never buy ANY...
